1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling in the order form online and by adding the quantity of products required to shopping cart. If however the quantities required are not available in stock, then you can click on ‘Wholesale Enquiries’ link which is displayed on the product details page that will take to a form to fill in your order requirements. Our Customer Services team will respond to you as soon as possible after receiving the form.
2. Will I receive confirmation when my order has been placed?
When you place an order you will be supplied with an order confirmation number instantly via email, which you can use to track the order if you have any problems.
Once an order has been processed and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on it’s way!
3. If I change my mind after the order has been placed, but not shipped, can I get a full refund?
Yes, you will receive a full refund or a store credit if the order has not been shipped already within 24hrs. The refund may take 7 to 14 working days to process. By placing an order with us, you are committing to purchase the product you selected based on the terms and conditions of Mozbit.
4. How long does order processing take?
Order processing may take 1-3 days depending on the method of payment. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment, we will contact you by email or telephone.
